In the event that the customer wishes to return the products purchased from the site, it is done as follows:

The first case:

After shipment and receipt without opening the parcel:.

The response is carried out in the following manner and stages:

Contact and communicate with us via the contact us page to express a desire to return the products immediately after receipt.
 The site assigns a representative of one of the shipping companies to go to the customer with a bill of lading to return the products.
 The site checks and inspects the returned products as soon as they are received by us.
 The site refunds the customer's money by the same method of payment, minus the shipping value and deducting 1% of the total price as administrative expenses.

The second case:

After receiving and opening the parcel without using the products, with the products being valid and free of defects:

Contact and communicate with us via the contact us page to express a desire to return the products immediately after receipt..
The site assigns a representative of one of the shipping companies to go to the customer with a bill of lading to return the products.
The site checks and inspects the returned products as soon as they are received by us.
The site refunds the client’s money by the same method of payment, minus the shipping value and deducting 2% of the total price as administrative expenses.

The third case:

After receiving and opening the parcel and the presence of damage or breakage of the products:

Contact and communicate with us via the contact us page to express a desire to return the products immediately after receipt.
The site assigns a representative of one of the shipping companies to go to the customer with a bill of lading to return the products.
The site checks and inspects the returned products as soon as they are received by us.
The site refunds the customer’s money by the same method of payment, without deducting any amounts in return for it, with refunding the value of the first shipment of the products

Fourth case:

After receipt and use and the appearance of manufacturing defects within 14 days from the date of purchase

Contact and communicate with us via the contact us page to express a desire to return the products immediately after receipt.
The site assigns a representative of one of the shipping companies to go to the customer with a bill of lading to return the products.
The site checks and inspects the returned products as soon as they are received by us.
The matter is dealt with in two ways as follows:

1- Products with the warranty of the authorized Agent or Manufacturer​

The customer communicates with the authorized agent to obtain a technical report on the presence of manufacturing defects that is attached to the products when they are shipped to us in the aforementioned ways and refunds the customer’s money without any discount or replaces the products without a new shipping cost on the customer.
Or the customer returns the products in the previous way, provided that the site addresses the authorized agent directly to find out the causes of the malfunction and take the necessary measures in this regard within a period of no less than 15 days.

2- Products warranted by Cairodeal (including extended warranty)

The customer ships the products in the aforementioned ways so that the site inspects the products inside the specialized maintenance center at Cairodeal to take the necessary action within a period not exceeding 7 days. Bearing in mind that the customer can communicate directly with the Dubai Phone customer service center located at 22 Tahrir sr, Bohooth Station, Dokki - Giza - in the previous cases. It is noted that the warranty conditions will not apply in all cases to defects resulting from misuse and use caused by the customer in accordance with Law No. 67 of 2006 regarding the issuance of the Consumer Protection Law in force in the Arab Republic of Egypt. And in the event of a dispute about the cause of defects in the products sold, their conformity to the specifications, or their purpose, the entire matter is for the Consumer Protection Agency to issue a binding decision regarding the case.

Fifth case:

After receipt and use and the appearance of manufacturing defects after 14 days from the date of purchase

The matter is dealt with one of  two possible ways  as follows

1- Products with the warranty of the authorized Agent or Manufacturer

A-The customer communicates directly with the agent to make the necessary repairs.
B. The customer returns the products to the site in the aforementioned ways, provided that the site consults the authorized agent to diagnose the malfunction, the method for repairing it, the value of the repair, and informing the customer of it by e-mail or telephone, as well as the value of the repair at the specialized maintenance center of Dubai Phone - bearing in mind that the repair is inside a maintenance center Dubai Phone without checking with the authorized dealer The product is out of the dealer's warranty - the repair is done after the customer agrees to the repair cost and the product is returned shipped to the customer and the latter pays the repair value and the shipping cost

2- Products warranted by Cairodeal (including extended warranty)

The customer returns the products in the aforementioned ways so that the site visits the specialized Dubai Phone maintenance center to find out the cause of the malfunction, the method of repairing it and the cost of repair. The customer is notified by e-mail or by phone, and after the customer agrees to the repair value, the product is returned shipped to the customer to pay the repair value and the shipping cost. And it takes into account that the site gives the customer a one-month warranty for the spare part used in the repair, as well as the same type of repair that took place inside the Cairodeal service center.
